The least quantifiable property of the lens is a combination of several parameters, including optical design, the type and form of the lenses used, the coating, the formal properties and several others. Their blend create a unique way to interpret the image, which is characteristic for a specific lens, and unique to it.

Single Trick: One Thing to Know when Switching to Film From Digital It is a new trend now: many people, who never used film camera are switching to it from digital, either as a novelty project or a whole new approach to photographing. There is much to learn along a way, but there is one thing that a film-photographer-to-be need to realize even before making a first roll of film: the approach to underexposing vs. overexposing shot (in case precise lighting settings are impossible to measure) is DIFFERENT from digital world.
